About Jacob Buchanan:
Jacob Buchanan is a seasoned bartender and mixologist with over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry. He began his journey in 2012 as a barback at Brio Tuscan Grille, where he discovered a passion for crafting cocktails and delivering top-tier service. Over the years, he refined his skills at various establishments, including Norsemen Brewing Company, where he helped shape one of the city's standout cocktail programs. Currently, he brings his creative energy to Salut Wine & Cocktail, curating unique drink experiences for guests. In addition to his work behind the bar, Jacob runs Buchanan Events, offering professional food, drink, and portrait photography—an artistic extension of his restaurant background and training from the Kansas City Art Institute.
